If the plans change along the way - and as any homeowner knows who has gone through this process before, ideas occur to homeowners that they didn't consider early on - a change order is agreed upon in writing to eliminate any unexpected expenses.
- After the construction phase is complete, a "walk-through" is conducted and the final payment is not made until you have a chance to review all work. If any little detail has gone unfinished, it will be completed before we declare the project finished. Cracovia Contracting warranty period takes effect.
- Approximately six months after the finish of the project, Cracovia Contracting staff checks back with the homeowners to be sure they are still pleased with the work.
